The videos were originally posted on the (now defunct) girlnextdoorflex.com website. I was the webmaster/owner of that website. These videos are classic and timeless. The girls enjoyed showing off their biceps and their athletic abilities. Please go to the Original Girls Next Door for the latest updates!

There is now a Custom Videos page that contains custom videos made by some of the original girls.  Some of these videos may contain nudity and will be annotated.
